Some people lust (that's the right word, I promise) after food that's unhealthy - mostly pizza, fried things, sugary things, processed things - and if they're denied it, they dig in their heels and get sneaky about finding it.

How do you stir fry quinoa? I have one recipe for it that goes great in a burrito or stuffed in peppers and would love more ways to cook it.
Chris says we should eat more vegetables and then I cook with them and I'm the only one that eats it *sigh.* Maybe your sister and husband can look into some healthier options that mimic their favorites?
You cook the quinoa in a rice cooker first, and use it like rice. You make whatever you like for veggies as a stir fry, and then put it on the cooked quinoa.
Just eat veggies for you. If you are seen eating them often, sooner or later Chris will eat them just because the are always available.
If I keep making it eventually they will eat it. Middle child likes the Quinoa recipe I've used several times before. Sometimes the four of them (three boys plus husband) can be convinced to try something, but it is often "that stuff that mom makes."
