today was a good day..i think..had practice rite after school..5 sets of 100 drop spins into 100 overspins..20 singles, 20 single and a halfs..now to weapon..100 right 100 left..20 triples..50 quads..and about 10 or 15 5s..o yea did i forget to mention the 200 or sum push ups ??..actually the push up part wasnt that bad only because we have to do
