Information Needed

Hey, everyone. I'm thinking of transferring to Goucher, and websites never give honest information. If you have any advice or information about the college, please tell me. I'm thinking of double majoring in Dance and English, but I'm also interested in Classical Studies and German.

About classes, the campus, residence life, gen eds, and majors.

Other than that, opinions, good and bad points that are worth noting...basically anything except the fluff that's usually on prospective student webpages.

i don't think the website is bad or all fluff for basic information about what Goucher has to offer. It's more honest than most in that regard.

There is no Classical Studies department as far as I'm concerned, but you could take a combination of English Literature and Modern Languages and Literature (the options Spanish, German, Russian, French - someone tell me if I'm wrong).

The English department is very challenging, but wonderful. The professors are intense but in a good way, I think. It's so mentally stimulating. Are you looking at Lit or Writing (which includes a lot of Lit anyway)?

I know little-to-none of German and Dance.
