I used to be comma-happy, but in graduate school I learned to use them more sparingly. Now I spot rogue commas everywhere. In fact, rogue commas nearly spoiled the experience of a new book recently. There, were commas, everywhere.
found one in '89 or so; then a couple of years ago during kitchen updating, my metal blade went missing -- thought about spending $35+shipping to replace it; never did and then a year or so ago found another cuisinart at a goodwill store nearby, complete with metal blade. I think they're around, it's just a matter of dumb luck and/or timing.
