Oh yes, also, I am in the last weeks of working on the graphic novel. I am quite behind on the inking, and I need to catch up over the long weekend. Then I have two weeks to paint all the panels. I may be in a bit of trouble, but I might be able to get it in on time

I should have included mandibles in the design. The publisher does not seem that concerned with my creative direction...

I'm really excited for your new film. You should your convert images into bookplates, too! I'd be in bookplate Heaven if you did. (A very tricky to place to get to, by the way).

This is grand. I love seeing the inkwork on top of your sketchy pencil drawing; the difference between the two is stunning.

I like seeing it too. Usually when I watercolour I try to keep the graphite to a minimum. It was a liberating decision to not care in this case.
