Life has been rather busy and unmitigated glee is a precious commodity in such circumstances. However, things are certainly looking up, and I have been enjoying things immensely.

I am not inclined to make this drawing into a print, I think, but if you like I could make a high resolution version available through my flickr site...

Yeah, this is a small BIG piece!
I´m a great fan of your works and watercolor technique.Every time you post something is a great pleasure to my eyes and soul! :)It´s also a wonderful way to learn more about watercolor. Just don´t know if I could use it someday the same way you do! :D But anyway it´s good to have you at my f-list!

Very cute. I like the explosion of paint behind the lady's head. Reminds me of the baobab trees in Le Petit Prince.

That stuff going on above the lady's head is her thinking.

That's exactly what my husband said about that when he saw it!

Thank you. I have been thinking about starting to sell pieces lately. I shall have to take a look at how you go about selling your pieces some time. Those logistical details are something I have never really paid attention to.

It's pretty easy, really. Just sign up for a business paypal account. They have features that help you set up buttons if you want to have a "shopping cart" for your website.

To keep it simple all you really need to do is have an account so people can go to paypal.com and click "send money" to send it to your email address. Paypal takes about $1.25 for every 25 bucks you make, but it saves a lot of hassle.

I sell mostly via lj, I've got a lead for my first possible gallery show but almost all my selling so far has been online and most of that has been via lj. It's a great place to start building up a base of people who like you. You've obviously very skilled and you have an amazing style, I have no doubt you could do very well.

I had no idea how to set up my website, though. I had to have the hubby lay it all out and set it so I could update it. If it's your first try keep it simple. There's always time to grow/improve.
