I am going to do this without spoilers, but of course it's entirely possible people may mention spoilers in the comments ( Read more... )

Don't know if you've read this but here's one I read again the other day. It's funny and sweet. :D

HA! Hadn't caught that one before - sweet! Mind, I spent the entire thing desperately afraid his hair would fall out as the punchline. Thank you!

My God that would be awful! He'd have to stay in the house til it grew back!

I can point you to my older one, Snooze. It's quite fluffy.

Thank you! You were the first person to point out the absolute lovely transformation of Sylvia Noble. Everyone's been jumping up and down over Donna and Wilf (both utterly awesome), but it was Sylvia who really stuck out to me as a character that grew, changed and got to keep that change.

And my very first attempt at Doctor Who fic, Bridal Training, is nothing but fluff. Still am getting the voices for Ten II and Rose down in my mind.

Ohhhh, thank you! I was very close to putting a "not for who_daily" note on this entry, just because I worried my tiny little two cents was not really fit for wider distribution. It's not exactly a thoughtful analysis, just my initial reaction. But now I'm so glad I didn't.

And yes! Sylvia! Very, very happy with the writing and the acting, and everything they did with her. I loved the acknowledgment of her grief for her husband, when the Doctor mentioned the money came from Jeff. I loved how caring she seemed for Donna. I like to think that perhaps when Donna was once again so vulnerable, and needed protection, that Sylvia let all the adult expectations bullshit go, her instincts kicked back in, and we got to see the softer Mum side of her.

I adored the yelling at thin air reaction from her as well - again, giving her a bit more emotional depth through humour. Yes, she will swallow her annoyance and look like an idiot to protect her daughter.

I put a comment on your story - do you keep your Who fic on LJ at all? Or just FF.net?

My fic journal is bunnyofferings, and I just got your comment! Thank you so much! *hugs* My fic journal is mostly Slayers, but I also have a good smattering of Who, Harry Potter (you're still such an inspiration to me with your Harry/Ginny stories) and other fandoms there as well.

I liked your reaction, and to be honest, all of the hate toward RTD was a bit unfounded in these reaction posts I've been reading. I loved these two episodes and actually just rewatched the climatic scenes where the woman in white was unveiled to the Doctor (and to Rose's themes!) and the "Get out the way" moments, followed by that awesome music when Rassilon told the Doctor he was taking him with him. I think a lot of fandom just hated on RTD so much that they're automatically used to it. He hasn't done everything perfect, but I do love so much of what he's given us.

Okay, so... I'll be a pimp.

Waiting on Exodus has a fluffy ending!

His Hands are a Waltz is pure porn and fluff.

Both feature Ten II/Rose! I hope you enjoy!

Yippie - thank you! I read Waiting... as a bedtime story. I'm saving the other for tomorrow. Yum!

It's not really fluff. But I was enjoying this one.

Not finished thought . . . .

Nudge Nudge, wink wink.

Yeah, yeah, you're cute. Heh.

I know. I've been thinking about it lately - especially since it still works with EoT. But I've actually been working a lot lately. If stuff lightens up, I will work on it again, because I do hate leaving it unfinished.
