Dude, I draw shit in PowerPoint all the time. I'm usually on a Mac that doesn't even have MS Paint let alone anything more fancy. PowerPoint is pretty much the only option.

When I had a very boring office job, during the down time I would entertain myself doodling in PowerPoint. Working on the theory, that if anyone asked, I was mastering the important skill set. Considering how much time I spent teaching corporate bankers how to use their own computers, they accepted this as trufax.
