High School

May 19, 2008 09:20

I'm sorry for not posting in awhile, but I've been busy doing applications for school next year. I've applied to Seigaku and Rikkai, but I haven't heard from either of them yet. I just got a packet in the mail from Seigaku. Turns out I got in :)

I fairly sure I want to play tennis next year as well, but I'm not sure. I wonder who'll captain the High ( Read more... )

So, you'll be coming to Seigaku? That should prove interesting, Kite-kun. I'd be more than willing to host you this weekend, if you're so inclined. We have a guest room, and my parents will be out of town.

Ah, thank you, Inui-san.

Seigaku said that they would call on Wednesday with all the details.

I shall be in contact when I have more information.

Please send your parents my regards.

Hmm. Seigaku, huh? Well, that way you'll at least be fairly close by and I'll still be able to see you. Transferring to the mainland will not be quite as difficult this way...

Indeed, I felt the same way. What will you do: stay in the dorms, with family, or get an apartment?

I'm still a bit unsure about moving to Tokyo, my Aunty Naomi lives there, but my parents agreed to renting an apartment.

Would there be a possibility of us rooming together? Tokyo may seems less alien if you have a familiar face around.

I have no family in Tokyo, so I planned to stay in the dorms while I was there. An apartment would be nice, but my family doesn't have enough money to spare on something like that, when I can just stay in a dorm on the school's tab. I'd have to juggle a part-time job along with school work and practice if I stayed in an apartment. I'm not quite sure if I've got enough endurance for all three. And I'm not about to drop tennis just to compensate for it.

You'll be coming to Seigaku? I'm surprised! You'll like it here though, I think! ^^

Thank you Momoshiro-san. I'm sure we'll get along great. Perhaps I'll see you around this weekend.

I can only speak for Rikkaidai, but we're a rather elite school, and as such the application process for those who are not already in our elevator system is rather long-winded to weed out those unworthy. I can't speak for Seigaku, but from what I've seen I can't say that I'm impressed with whatever selection system they have.

You'll hear back in due time, if you're accepted it will be nice to see you there.

... I was unaware you viewed us with quite that much disdain, Yukimura-kun.

It's just that (present company excluded) I doubt many Seigaku students would last five minutes were they to transfer to Rikkaidai.

I'm sure being on the tennis team under Yukimura-san was very tough, especially on top of all of the school work.

How did Yukimura-san get everyone to work so hard? I just threaten with goya
