Who: Lyla Reed (OPEN!) What: it's her birthday! Where: Great Hall When: early morning/breakfast Warnings: Absolutely none! Open To: anyone who wants to wish her a happy 18th :D
Unlike a certain sister of hers, Brooke was not a morning person. At all. In fact, she much preferred to spend the morning burrowed under her covers for as long as she could before making her way out to greet the day. Oh, she had no problems once she was out of bed, but it was getting to that point that bothered her.
Today was a slight exception. She was up and about much earlier than she normally would be, since it was that certain sister's birthday, and she wanted to be the first to greet her and tell her 'Happy Birthday'! After quickly dressing, she hurried down to the Great Hall to wait for the other girl to show.
And there. There she was. Practically jumping from her seat at the Hufflepuff table, she bounded towards her sister, throwing her arms around her neck. "Happy birthday, Lyla!" Excited? Just a little.
Lyla laughed as she hugged her younger sister, bouncing a little in place with excitement and happiness. What better way to celebrate her birthday than breakfast with her most favoritest of favorite sisters?
"Oh, thanks, Brookie!" she said, grinning widely when she pulled away and moved to sit in the spot next to where the younger girl had been just a moment ago.
