Court hadn't had much of a chance to be outside yesterday. The train ride, of course, and then the Welcoming Feast, and then heading right up to the dormitories... but she loved the outdoors, and the Hogwarts Grounds were one of her favorite places in the entire world, so as soon as she had the chance, she had to go outside and wander around them for a while.
She'd been walking for a little while, at this point, and had gravitated almost naturally towards the Quidditch stands. As she drew close to them she paused, looking up so she could see the top of the stands, and the rings, shading her eyes from the sun with the palm of one hand. A true smile came over her face as she did so, rare in the fact that she hardly ever smiled without holding something back from herself.
True, she'd never tried out for the team herself, but she was quite excited about the season anyway. Just watching the games, and sitting in the stands and cheering, and everything. Quidditch was one of her favorite things during the school year, and she had high hopes for this season.
She was considering heading up into the stands, just to sit in solitude for a little while perhaps, not really aware of her surroundings for the moment.
