Oh! Somehow I missed this post sorry! I just went and invited a bunch of previous members that I actually managed to hold onto their names. I am still toying with making a tumblr so we can make announcements to but haven't gotten to it just yet. We have the dreamwidth but idk it seems like tumblr is where it is at and I am not sure cross posting is worth it.

I am so asjklkds indescribably excited by the new movie stuff I am seeing though! Not too long now. We have good times ahead!

I'm so excited, too! I'm trying to be good and not flood my tumblr with Star Trek stuff. We still have months for that to happen. :)

Yay for inviting people! A tumblr could be good. I'm not good with cross posting, but the DW account is good as a backup, in case we have issues with LJ.

I'm still planning on planning that trip to the Air & Space Museum! ...It's just being put off until January. (Why, yes, I am a good procrastinator.)

One of our first meetups was at the Air & Space Museum (The Udvar-Hazy Center) to see the new movie in IMAX. We all met by the shuttle Enterprise and took a group picture. (If you have that picture, let me know! I would love to have a copy.) I thought it would be an awesome idea to get together for the same meetup for this movie and take another group picture 4 years later.

Putting this here in the ideas section so I don't forget once the movie comes out in a few months.

I'm not able to attend because of class, but this looks like it'll be pretty fun! I think the closest showing is at Tyson's Corner in McLean.
