Well, it’s only 2:00 and I have already have quite a day since my last blog entry. Good thing I didn’t go out till all-hours last night as I had planned… I would have been completely nuts by now. Where to begin...

Well, since I don't own a wireless laptop I can't really give you any advice in that area. However, if you know that the ideal computer for your needs will be available eventually, I would just wait for it. Patience can have many rewards. I almost drained my savings account to buy a used car to drive during my senior year, but my parents kept telling me that if waited until the next summer, they would help me get a better car. I waited, and now I have a brand-new car :o)

And brand-new beats used anyday.

Wait for the computer you want, you'll be so glad that you did.

I had reached a similar conclusion. I guess I just have to hope that by June/July my bank account is still lingering around its post co-op high. I'm trying to find some part-time work to help maintain my balance, but jobs are few and far between. If all else fails, there are a few bars in philly that I have "ins" at that would hire me to bartend, but since I commute, I would prefer to BT in Jersey. Most of the bars around my part, you need to be a 20-something blonde-female to sling beer and other assorted beverages. I suppose if I bleached/dyed my hair I could fit 2 of those criteria...

I was playing around with the car thing myself. I have 'wheels' now, but I would really like to buy my own vehilce - not drive the rent's 10+ year old hand-me-down. I was intending to do so in the fall 2003... but when I thought about it a little more I realized the car I drive now isn't THAT bad, and the longer I wait the better position I will be in, "financially" to commit to such a purchase. Logic ruins EVERYTHING!!!
