Current got:

* Robust Porter, started Sunday, using White Labs Irish Ale Yeast.
* Mead, 13 pounds of honey, started Saturday.
* Red Ale, started Saturday, using White Labs Irish Ale Yeast.

Also picked up a immersion wort cooler, works like a champ!

You're getting to be quite the ambitious brewer!

Thanks!

The mead was surprisingly quick and easy, we'll see how it turns out. I also think that it's just easier to do multiple batches at once. Less clean up in the end. Similarily with the bottling, and the gf actually cooked up the Red Ale, since it's her beer.

Mead is quick and easy, but getting good stuff in the end is the tricky part.

I've had LOTS of bad mead... :\

You're also a bit picky. :) We'll see how this one turns out.... Got the ingredients fairly cheaply, GPS is selling 6 pounds of clover honey for $11. Pretty much the only other things that are required are some additives, should be ~$25 total, for 5 gallons, which is tons cheaper than the commercial stuff at Jungle Jim's.
