Depression?

I have just had a near perfect day. And now, for some inexplicable reason, I am so depressed I could go to bed and not care if I ever got back up again. I have a lot to be thankful for, just not my personal brain chemistry. Well, ill never get the answer here. Im going to eat something then get out for a bit. Oh and hello all, sorry no contact for

I have the same thing happen, quite often. Really good days followed by bouts of depression. I don't have much advice, just commiseration.
