Joanna! If she has a nerve to reply with this explanation - the only solution its to send ebay a copyright complaint. They remove the auction in the same day mostly. I had the same way of reaction already 4 times. It is very sad, but sometimes people just dont want to be honest.

I agree with Maria - report it to Ebay straight away. It´s impossible to reason with people like that.

The nerve of someone with my name....maybe that can be a violation too, she should have to change it if she is going to do crap like that. I'd report it to ebay right away, they will remove it while it is being nvestigated, sorry this has happened, I would not know whether to be flattered or insulted.
