He hates to interrupt her (well, actually, he doesn't) but he presumes she's going to track him down sooner or later, so he figures they may as well get this out of the way here and now. Not having gone to sleep tonight like some of the others, Marcus walks up behind her and crouches down a bit to her left.

He doesn't say anything at first, just watches down below, eying the many carcasses left from their battle.

Mel turns her head slightly when he comes within view, having to tilt to look up at him even when he crouches, then goes back to her thoughts for a few seconds.

"So what else do we have to worry about from theses guys?" she asks blandly.

"These ones specifically? What you've seen. They're fast, travel in packs, they can scream loud enough to make your ears bleed, and they're not that durable. They usually stick to the shadows if they can, but I don't know about the ones here. They're actin' weird on their own."

Which is something even he hasn't ever experienced. He's used to them being around the other members of the Locust horde, attacking alongside others that can compliment their abilities. Alone, totally alone, they're acting unpredictable.

"And if they're here, any more we can expect?"

Her eyes are down at the corpses, her voice steady. She's still annoyed at him for keeping quiet about their explosive ability.
