So I most likely will not have a job by Tuesday morning. My company is "considering their options" over the weekend, but our boss, who is honest and wonderful, basically told us that there's not much hope of our office staying open ( Read more... )

I know John talked about hiring a new processor- I will let him know you might be looking.

I feel so out of the loop- I hadn't read LJ til now and had NO IDEA this was going on.

You are awesome though and very valuable so I am sure that it will all work out!

Thanks. :) The news as of today is they let half of the office go and are keeping the other half for two weeks to finish things up. We might get taken over by another company but if that deal does not go through then the rest of us are out of jobs, too. If the unnamed company/investment firm/whatever does take over, who knows how they will want to change our operating system and how many people they will need.

Bullocks, huh? Such is life. They told us that if can find a good offer elsewhere, we'd be crazy not to take it. lol. I love my honest managers.
