Eeep! Well I was in Ann Arbor only, but yes? I was there for a conservation workshop to learn how to treat papyrus! Ann Arbor seems like a lovely little town.
oo papyrus. That sounds really cool! Ann Arbor is a cute little place, and it thinks of itself as primarily an "artsy" town so it's fun to visit. I live about 2 hours from there, but I visit fairly regularly since I have a friend in town. It's a fun city!
It was fun! D'oh, I should have sent you an email to see if you wanted to come and visit me on the weekend. Oh well, I was so worn out from the workshop that I just ended up being really lazy on the weekend and just poked around some shops and ate pie, which was very nice.
Woah, so many poppet sized things in that museum! :D The stone building randomly reminded me of that rundown building/barn thing that the French guys were hiding out in in the 2nd Jerrold book.
And huzzah for the giant ball of string! :D And McIntyre/MD <3.

McIntyre is obviously not camera shy.
Well, I can see a fellow becoming more patriotic than usual when he's surrounded by foreign poppets. Poor little lonely guy.
