Oh Boy! Waffles.
Last night I found a bunch of inspiring breakfast images on flickr. So naturally, it made me want to wake up early this morning to make some waffles. There is a crisis in health freedom. On April 30, 2007 the FDA will close the public comment period on a "Guidance" which will classify every alternative practice as medicine so that only licensed physicians can carry out the procedure AND vitamins, minerals, herbs, etc., will suddenly become "untested drugs" which will be forbidden.

Coffee and Conversation.
Tonight started out to be one of those so-so nights at the cafe. I decided to come an hour early to work on some sewing I had to get done. Sometimes I'll come to the coffee shop by myself when I have some hand sewing to do. The atmosphere makes me forget the work I'm doing and I enjoy eves dropping on other people's conversations. Survey!
Tonight I decided to get out and go to the coffee shop by myself, since there's no one to hang out with. So, I took lots and lots of handsewing that needs to get done and headed to Brewed Awakenings. B-G-R! GO! FIGHT! WIN!
Okay, I know the title of this AAR sounds pretty ridiculous, but that was my theme chant for the week. Every time something went wrong, I shouted "B! G! R! Go! Fight! Wow
I'm still in the middle of writing a very long AAR about BGR. It was awesome. Totally awesome. I'm still in St. Louis right now, since there is an event about an hour away from here this weekend. Banks' Grand Retreat
So I'm off to St. Louis tomorrow and then Monday we're leaving for Louisiana! I'll be there until a week from Monday. At least it depends on how long it takes. I hope I'm able to drive home Monday from St. Louis, but we'll see. I'm really excited! Can't believe this day has finally come. A week seems like so long, though. Tom Yearby has walked the full military route again in the last 10 days
(I think this is about his 5th time to walk the full 28 mile route in
