First of all, dont be scared, it will be ok ive been through the exact same thing. Its scary how much i saw of myself in this post. It seems like you have acid reflux disease. Dont worry, its not a fatal disease, it is very common and it is very manageable. I can only tell you that you should definitely see a gastroenterologist (a specialist for stomach and intestines) after school ends. He will probably prescribe you some medication that can help like aciphex or nexium. But for now i definitely recommend some over the counter medicine like prilosec, zantac or axid or any heartburn medication that you can just pickup quickly. also for backup you should get some tums as well as maalox

Sweetheart, you should really go to see a doctor about this ASAP.
While it could easily be the same thing that someone else you know has had, a lot of symptoms for various problems overlap. Trying to diagnose yourself is no good, especially if the pain is bad enough that you have or feel like you might pass out.
This isn't something you should have to be dealing with. It's not even that it could be dangerous, but if it hurts that bad it can really get in the way of things too, you know?
I would make an appointment with the doctor, schedule it for as soon as you can. Maybe right after finals week? Or maybe if you have a freeish day, during finals week---they might be able to give you something to ward off the pain and get you through the rest of it more easily.
Even if it IS just acid reflux, it'll be nice to have it taken care of.
Don't panic. I'm sure it probably is something that can be taken care of with ease. Still, you shouldn't be dealing with this sort of pain if it can be avoided.
i think that this is acid reflux too, but i did not know that it could get this bad.
i had acid reflux a few years back and it got to the point where i could not swallow my chewed up food. i would eat things like apple sauce and some of it would still come up. i vote to go to the store to get some temporary relief with tums or any of that stuff, and then go to a doctor (ENT, but prob gastro cause it seems like it is more in your throat)and get on some prescriptions like prevecid or something.
i hope you feel better and i love you lots...dont have things like tomatoes, soda, any carbonated drinks, or fried foods.
