Today was a pretty good day. I woke up and made myself a nonfat iced latte. It was a pretty good breakfast! i'm glad i have an espresso machine even though it's no starbucks machine hehehe. I feel pretty darn good! i've cut my calorie intake to 1000-1200 every day and i've been jogging and jump roping. We didn't jog today because tj wasn't feeling well so i'm going to go work out on the eliptical in a bit. So i got up again today to go running. we went and ran a little but it was cut short because tons of people started showing up for pee wee football games. i guess there was one on the field in the middle of the track. Today was pretty good. i woke up at 6 30 to go jogging with TJ. It felt great. I took a nap and worked from 5-close. I sucessfully stayed away from eating any samples that we put out. We made a bird feeder. or a bird snacker as i call it. It was the first of many. and it rocks. Tj and i really like making stuff like that, so we decided to make them and sell them at flea markets and stuff. We made our first one tonight, i'm really excited about it. ok peace dawgs

Today was pretty rad. I woke up at 7 15.... which usually would mean a bad start to the day, but i was pretty chill.
