this is ancient technology. I had to find something that works with Word 2010. MS has Cortona but I don't think it directly transcribes voice to text. the phone app works best.

(god, im so tired of trying to type with a busted hand)it probably took me a full 5 minutes to type this response.)

Windows does have speech recognition standard I think.
