Shalom.
Shtisel is a fine and wonderful series. Y’all should check it out on Netflix. I’m treasuring the last 4 episodes of Season II and I move slowly through them because I don’t want it to ever end. Dunno yet. I think it's going to reach heights that will quickly take it out of my ballpark. Ends on Friday so I'll check back in and see where it's at. It's going to a good cause, right? That's always a justifiable reason to spend money.

that's probably true, that it might get expensive. I can see why you like it!

OhmyGAWD! I love Shtisel SO MUCH! That ending where Shulem painted over the Haredi madonna's hair just about killed me, I cried so much.

I have that same Shiva! Only mine sits on my writing desk. 😀

I remember you gushing over Shtisel. It is what drove me to watch it.
I love it too. So much. I haven't finished it yet but I know I'll probably cry no matter how it plays out.

Thanks, I have a few growing outside. They do make great cut flowers, don't they.

I have that Shiva too. Wonder where I got it. Though I need to dust mine! Love your photo and how you framed it.

Your life sounds lovely.

I'm loving Shtisel too.

I saw the photo you posted in response. It's the exact SAME one. Mine came from my mother-in-law.
Shtisel rates right up there as one of my few MOST FAVorite tv series.
It uniquely tells a very familiar story. It's a one-of-a-kind piece.
