yeah!, well phoneme and allophone at least: first comes a phoneme. a phoneme would be like 't, d, b...' all the sounds with their symbols. then comes the allophone. the allophone is actually derived from one of the phonemes. there is actually no way of really differentiating the two, but an easy way to look at it would be thinking of what would come more easily for you to use. some allophones are nd, where the n is smaller and on top. since that is a d, but aspirated, it is a allophone of d. i hope that made some sort of sense.....
