feeling quite crappy

as the title goes, i'm feeling quite crappy.
runny and blocked nose at the same time and a really bad sore throat as a result of the former.
just took my medicine and i feel really sleepy now (time check: 18:57) when i woke up not too long ago (time check: 16:10)
