It's like the episode of the Simpsons where they add a new character to the Itchy and Scratchy show to make it more interesting, and instead the ubercool addition just comes off as confusing and annoying and eventually gets discarded entirely.

Only TPTB with House are adding way more than one. Honestly, it just seems like they ran out of ideas along the one-guy-and-his-team lines they've been utilizing for the past three seasons and figured throwing in new people was a good way to broaden things. Unfortunately, the reason House gained its popularity was due to so many people liking the original model. I hope the writers pick up on that and stop trying to pile on more fun, new shiny things.

Beautifully stated and sums up fantastically how I feel about this season, it feels they are going through this faze of "if it isn't broken, don't fix it" well dears, you will end up driving the concept into the ditch if you keep using the same plot just changing the small details. My heart is heavy with the upcoming episodes, that's all I dare to say for the moment.

Haven't seen the ep yet but I have read all the CamBitch warnings. I too am sorry that old guy is gone. I also really like plastic surgeon and don't exactly know why but he's just fun to watch.

The lack of Wilson and House/Wilson seems to be building on the last episode. Wilson may be growing colder because he doesn't want to get hurt gain by House's antics. He's now been thorugh 3 nead death experiences with his best friend whom he deeply loves. That's gotta hurt.

I think the next two episodes are part of the emo4man returns to PPTH-fest, which probably means very little House/Wilson or Wilson.PAINFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
