When your phone dials itself
I came in from work last night to discover the internet was down, and my phone line was so full of static you couldn't hear anything incoming or outgoing. brute_farce called our provider for the internet first. Weekend in review
Friday night saw the girls over the house for our weekend visit. Sort of. Boo went to a movie with a friend, so it was just Todd, Panda and myself. We did dishes, laundry and WoW. I was tired early though, so Todd went to pick up Boo after the movie.

Oh this is NOT going to be a good day

Surprised by what I see
So I am using SparkPeople to track my nutrition and exercise. stupidtheai0 turned me onto it. I am amazed by what I am seeing.
I am a self-described carb junkie. Most of my favorite foods are carbs. According to the nutrition tracker, I am not eating ENOUGH carbs or proteins. Now the proteins portion does not surprise me in the least. I am not a beef ( Read more... ) -
