I need some help... One of my friends' birthday is coming up and we want to have a suprise party, but what should happen for it? Any ideas? I said that we should hide and then jump out and silly-string them...

hah hah i like Tai's idea it's very amusing.

i think you should preceed the jump out and silly string thing with them discovering a box and when they open it there is a peice of paper that says SURPRISE! then jump at them.

pretend to stage an intervention.... talk about how you're all worried about them, etc, and then when they're totally weirded out, go HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!!

(don't put up any decorations or anything. its better that way.)
