This really was just supposed to be fluffy and sappy music, but there's just something about apprehensive Zayn, and Louis's hasty nature that just made it hard not to be all angst and stained adolescent.

I just love those two so much

Oh, love, this was amazing! I really, really loved it.

I loved the way you kept the leaning on each other while Zayn's smoking as a theme throughout the whole fic. And also the Zayn can't find his voice part - such a great theme.

To be honest, there were parts where I wanted to cry because you can see how much Louis means to Zayn and that Zayn, too, means a lot to Louis. But Zayn's own insecurities don't let him see the latter - plus, he wants so much more than just being best mates with Louis, and the fact that he can't get more than that, makes him even more insecure.
