I can't seem to get a break

Once again life kicks me in the crotch when I least expect it. I went in for a job interview on Wednesday for the Assistant Store Manager position at the Livingston College Bookstore. I've worked here before as a cashier while I was in school. So I thought my chances of getting this job where pretty good. I told them about the time off in August I ( Read more... )

I still suggest you try the staffing place (temp company) I used to used to use who led me to my job. They're called J & J Staffing and are located in Somerset http://www.jjstaff.com/index.php. They should be able to get you at least day jobs to get money coming in. You might get a permanent job out of it and in the mean time if anything else comes up and your on one of their jobs, you can just leave the temp job without a problem.

Thank you for the advice. I'm going to try them once I get back from Pennsic. It's kind of pointless to get a job and a week later go on vacation for two. Thank you again for being here for me and offering kind words and ideas.
