Christmas (pt. 1)

Dec 28, 2005 00:39

Christmas was ... not very good. As usual something always comes to destroy it all for me *sigh*

I got myself out and bought some presents on of the last days, and also bought some food for my last days here. Amongst others I bought some healthy youghurt in two bottles. I had so much to carry home, so I had to take the things out and re-sort them ( Read more... )

It upsets me to read about your relationship with your folks. You are good-natured so why don't you try to be a bit more tolerant to them.
It's wonderful you are in touch with those guys. My dream is to obtain Bob's and Pete's e-mails and meet them. The first man seems pretty impossible to get in touch with, while the second is very open I'm sure.
I've never been able to tune into Incoherence though it's about linguistics.
I hope Pt. 2 isn't too awful.

PRIVET! ;)

tolerent, tolerant! I've been tolerant for all these tons of years, with living with them. Why should I go on? I am not happy there, why should I continue to spend my life where I'm not happy, with people I can't associate with?

YES! I made that Crimso reference just for you, as I think you're the only one who knows them! Don't get your hopes up for Peter's mail. Not even the most hard-core Hammill fans have it, plus I don't think he's that hooked on the net.

Do you mean that you never have heard Incoherence, or that you never "understood" it?

Pt. 2 is going to be even worse :P

Maybe it's too easy to be kind to those who is nice to us. And it's not as easy being kind to those who is not kind to us. I'm nothing to give any advice, though.

Of course, I have almost all of Peter's albums, but I don't quite like 'Incoherence'.
I had an idea of going to Bath to visit the place. What for after all? Just to make them pay attention to me?

As far as know, Judy Dyble collaborated with Fripp during the period of 'Giles, Giles and Fripp'. She's a very happy person because she has worked with a really remarkable man. I am eager to have someone of his kind in my life!

PRIVET :)

Yes, Judy sang on an early version of "I Talk To The Wind" amongst others, and did much better than Greg Lake (but then again, I'm in love with Judy's voice).

It's funny, if I got to ask Fripp a question, it would most likely be about Judy, and working with her. Where you think Judy must be lucky to have worked with Fripp, then I think Fripp must be lucky to have worked with Judy!

Oh, and Fripp is going to appear on Judy's new solo album ;)

I haven't gotten incoherence either, but only listened to it twice, so I'm gonna give it a few more chances

Thank you so much, that's so sweet a thing to say.

Now I can't wait to hear about your Christmas, and even more to hear about the New Year's plans. So are you ending up in the middle of no where, handing the "boyfriend-fiance-heterolifemate" (sorry, I love that phrase too much to stop saying it!) beverages and snacks? ;)

How awful. :( I hope things are better for you now that this has passed.

Thank you so much. I don't know if things are better. Other problems have sneaked in since then, plus that this problem doesn't dissapear in time. There will always be more family reunions, and I will almost certainly not feel good at those either.

Oh my goodness! How terrible! I have a few annoying family members as well, so I can kind of understand your troubles. Luckily, I don't visit those family members for Christmas.

I read in the comments above that part 2 will be worse! I guess I can only hope that your New Years celebration makes up for your bad Christmas experience!

Oh, don't worry. When I said that part two would be worse, it was merely an example oh silly ironic humour in-between scandinavians. The only problem really, that came afterwards, is a problem that won't go away by itself, like the others pretty much were.

But thank you so much for your kindness. Don't worry. And I'd rather not think of New Year's, I think it may just be me alone.
