My life!

It has been a busy few weeks. Lately I have sized myself up to be rather active. I walk more, exercise more etc. I also read a little bit, not much, but improving. One disadvantage of where I live now, is that I am now very far from the center. I'm gonna get a visitor here soon, one of the italian girls I mentioned long ago. She's comming here in ( Read more... )

Buy some earplugs for the noise! I hear they work wonders :)

Oooh, ooh! Italian girl, huh? Gonna be any romance? :P

Ah, to be honest, I don't know if there will be romance.

If there will be, you'll be the first to know - Strawberry Girl!

Speaking of romance, how's Will?

Will and I are good! He just finished his 1st year of law school. This week is his vacation so I get to see him more (he's usually staying long hours at school and at the library). Unfortunately I've been working this week so we didn't get to go out of town or do some traveling.

Hmmm, that was all sounding very positive until I got to the part about all the noise! You need some headphones and some loud music, my friend :)

When we had noisy neighbours we would just spend as little time as possible at home. We would arrange to be out as many nights of the week as we could. Turning up our stereo was also quite effective.

I'm so sorry your new place makes you sad. You have more space though, right? At least that's something.

Good to hear from you. I was wondering how you were getting on.

Well, one problem with being noisy is, that one of my neighbours is a very old woman, and I would feel bad about pestering her (even if her dog is noisy). Another problem is that I'm supposed to live by reading. It's what I get my living wage for, and being noisy myself won't help me - enough.

And thank you for your caring thoughts. How are you? Beyond incredible gorgeus, as ever? How are the kids? Hug them from me!

Sorry to hear about your legs! I hope your walk to town doesn't make things very much worse.

Thank you, it didn't go as bad as feared. It was bareable.

Hej, en gaang till! :-)

I am very glad about these positive changes. I've been missing you. Indeed. I am also living in quite a noisy place at the moment.

Marta? Where have you been, do you have any idea how sad and worried I have been? Is your LJ gonna work now? Does your e-mail work? I tried writing it many times, but it said the e-mail didn't work anymore.

Once, I took a test on the internet that figured out that I'd belong to the Green Party if I lived in Europe. We Americans can't handle having more than two parties, though. That's why we don't have more. Kidding.

This sounds really interesting--tell us more about your coordination group.

I can't get used to two parties. We have 7 in the parlament right now, and that's fewer than normal. I like that they then represent various groups of people, and then combine in various groups to get majority.

The coordination group is so far (there hasn't been any meetings yet, as I was just appointed) a bunch of old people writing mails. I think we're actually just 5. I'm the only one under 30 years of age. And we are just writing mails about how to handle the congress and how to handle our new political folder.
