I do exist! I've been impersonating a figment of your imagination but it's time to come out into the fresh air again. Life has been quiet, and I'm boring but I thought it'd be fun to say hi. The big excitement around here is that Darby and I are doing a Couch to 5K program and I'm somehow loving it! I don't understand how that is possible, but ( Read more... )

OH HERE IS A POST FROM YOU! HEE!!! YOUR DESCRIPTION of your breathing technique mastery made me giggle. Thanks! I need all the giggles I can chippy on! :D :D :D I'm amazed at your mad running skilz, and totally surprised, but frankly I shouldn't be. You're one of the strongest gals I know and I'm so proud of you for finding this whole new anti-sloth fitness plan. I'm thrilled that Darby is doing it with you --how cool is that!
(((HUGS)))

I stopped playing the computer games, just couldn't cope with fake farming when my real veggies are suffering. LOL I got a good year out of Farmville and FarmTown and it was amusing while it lasted. I fell behind. I couldn't seem to catch up, especially when my computer stopped cooperating with the sync of Zynga. Fortunately this became my own personal intervention.

Ok, so it's GREAT to read a post from you and never forget to breath! (PROPERLY of course, hehee!)

I hope hubs is feeling better! Tonight is 15 minutes of running which at the moment I'm looking forward but I'm sure Darbs has much whining in his future!

So far so good for me! I'm finding the jogging to be a major stress reliever, so at the moment it's not hard to keep up with. It's like magic!

That's awesome! I can only run with very specific playlists on a very crappy ipod that usually conks out on me halfway out so it must be nice to have a Darby to give encouragement!

When I don't have Darby I am completely dependent on my iPod. I have even been known to make sure to have a backup in my pocket just in case it runs out of juice. (love those cheap shuffles!!!)

SARA!!!!!! There you are! I'm glad you're doing well, & impressed w/your jogging prowess! I bet the breathing improves as you keep doing more of it. Jogging, not breathing--well, both, of course.

I'm (more than) starting to have foot problems, so not getting out to jog much. But I did finally clear the eco-squalor (remember that?) off my mini-trampoline, so now I just need to actually jog on it regularly....

Good to see you! Hi to Darby! And you're never boring.

Sorry you're having foot problems, but good that you've defeated the squalor and can use your trampoline! Bouncy is good!!!!
