Soup really fills your stomach.. something like shabu shabu would be good.. there's tons of food but it's all healthy.
Also okayu is very filling, and very carby, but still healthy in a way.
You should up your water intake.. you like tea? that would work

Oatmeal is REALLY good at filling you and good for you. I stress eat. Especially when I've been dealing with my dad.

oatmeal is great, and cheap and filling. Takes only two minutes to make in the microwave, so go for it. Also, stuff with barley in it. Barley is great for you and it actually changes the way your body digests food, so it decreases your appetite. I like beef barley soup and just recently tried chicken barley and it was just as good. Also, try to stay away from salty stuff, it makes you thirsty and since you don't like to drink water, the thirst ends up making you eat. My tap water tastes like crap too, because the pipes are OLD AS HELL. Why not get a filter for the faucet? that won't take up any room like the pitcher does. Also, consider making yourself fresh lemonade so you can up your water intake. Lemons are cheap and it makes water taste so much better. Also, limes are even cheaper than lemons and I like the flavor for a change now and then.

Like some people said, oatmeal is really filling and depending on which one you're eating it's healthy for you. also, it's not that bad that you're eating so many times in a day, you just have get yourself on a portion control. if you eat smaller portions everything should be okay. :] and if you're eating a lot, try to make it health like fruits and veggies. :3
