Banner Makers Rotation and Guidelines
I should have done this weeks ago and gotten this organized, but late is better than never I suppose. It's something new I would like to do in this community and I hope that a few of you who have time will help out.
I really need help with the winners banners. So I am looking for volunteers. If you would like to help out please leave a comment to this entry and I will add you to the rotation. If you want to help but are unsure what to do I've included guidelines under the cut and if you have questions please don't hesitate to ask.
The more people helping out the better. I would like to get at least three more people helping out with banner making. That way we only have to make banners about once every three months. That is not a heavy load at all.
I will link to this entry in the sidebar for easy reference. And I will always post a reminder in the Winners Entry as well when it's your turn.

GUIDELINES
When you see your name in the winners post to make banners please acknowledge that you have seen your name by posting a comment to that entry.
You only need to make banners for winners who asked for one.
Please include the following information in the winners banners when you make them:
The winning icon
Username of the winner.
Grafx Challenge
Challenge # Replacing # with the number of the challenge of course.
1st Place, 2nd Place, 3rd Place, Best Cropping, Best Color (or whatever the special category is)
IMPORTANT: Please do not alter the winning icon makers icon/s. (Always place the winning icon at the top of your layers when making the banners.)
If someone places and wins in the special category in the same challenge, with the same icon, you may make two banners or combine them into one. It's up to you and what the winner wants.
Dimensions: Roughly, not more 350x300 and not less than 250x125 pixels. If you're a few pixels under or over that's fine. Just, you know, try not to make them huge.
The rest is up to you and your creativity and imagination.
Please try to post winners banners within a week of the winners being announced.
PLEASE, PLEASE..If you are no longer able to make banners for whatever reason, please let me know. No one will be upset with you. I've had to back out of doing things before for one reason or another, so I totally understand. You don't even have to tell me why. I'd rather just know that you can't make them anymore, than put you down to make banners and they never get made. Know what I mean? So just let me know.
