I have been told today that my schedule is about to change. This is to help the company at the expense of our clients. The last place that this same plan was done at quality dropped there was no accountability. I just hope that the Boss will listen to an option instead of this FUBAR.

He'd be going to the 4 on, 2 off schedule, which is idiotic because then the lazy ones can flake off while the good ones get yelled at for the mess the lazy ones did.
