Yay! I always find it pretty fun. I found I was sick of people asking what I do for a living and where I live so I instead started each date by asking an unexpected question like: 'What's the funniest thing that happened to you today?' or 'What is your most embarrassing moment?' though with that last one you need to have your own and be ready to share it first - I told of year 4 when I was sprung leaving valentines day cards in boys' desks... Hope you get some matches and I look forward to tales of the second dates ;)
Someone asked me to tell them something I'd not told anyone else last night and so I told them "I'm a witch." ;)
And we started talking about Wicca - which I'm generally not really comfortable confining to a 5 minute segment unless someone shares my religion.
I wound up mostly asking people what they did in their spare time. The answers I found the most dismaying were either "I go to the Gym a lot" or, "Spare time? My kids take it all!"
