Two things I would like answered.

What Pokemon types does the first gym leader specialize in?

Rate yourself as a person on a scale of one to ten, ten being best and one being worst.

Further questions may follow.

[Nope. Not gathering more information. Not at all.]

best worst trainer, information reseller, kiri will metagame as much as he can, serious as fuck

Flying and stuff, mostly. I think.
Someone's probably already told you by now, but whatever.

... And tch, what's it to you what I think of myself?

Hearing repeat answers helps with confirmation.

It's simply curiosity. If you think I'm prying, you're free to not answer.

Then yeah. Flying. And I think they're part normal, too. Not sure how well ghost pokemon'll work against'em, since ghost pokemon have a hard time hitting normal types, from what I've seen.

... Well, if it's just another survey, then I'm definitely a ten.

[Aaaand a big sharky grin that he is lying through because seriously Soul.]

He uses Pokémon of the Flying type, as you may have already heard.

As for your other question... I presume you will hear a great amount of tens.

Of course but the more who say it means there's less of a chance of someone playing a joke.

That is what I guessed. But I may be looking out for those who don't say ten.

Like people with a lower sense of self-worth, for instance?

People who have a more reasonable grasp on themselves.

[At first, Hughes debates answering this post at all, but he decides to, if only because he's curious why the man is asking. Then there's a bit more hesitation before he finally settles on a number.]

Five.

[He's not a saint by any stretch of the imagination, had to do terrible things...but he's seen worse. So much worse.]

That's pretty modest. I'm going to take a wild guess and say it's not false modesty.

I've heard he uses birds of some kind; rumor has it electric-types are probably what you want to use.

As for your question, definitely a ten. No contest.

I'll have to find one.

And I expected no less from a hero. I don't doubt every one of you are tens.

They're probably running around somewhere. Seems like it's not too hard to tell something's type by looking at it, usually.

Heh--I'm flattered. I at least like to think I'm the best at everything I do.

[Except, you know. Stopping himself from sleeping with every woman in Ireland. He sucked at that.]

That's what the Pokedex is for in the first place.

Everything you do is mostly fighting, right?
