oh kellen. plenty of similar experiences here. rule of thumb? meet the local yokels. they'll be cooler! or, at least, that is to say: i love a lot of people in my program but the quarter folks in paris are truly lesser beings (which is to say, that are mean). in fact! a girl i didn't know who doesn't really know you asked everyone in this computer lab if anyone knew you and i said 'yes! he's actually maybe coming to visit!' and then she responded 'well it's great that i now know something irrelevant about a stranger' or something the like. :< i hate the ladies.

How intriguing! why would this girl who doesn't really know me as if anyone knew me? The clear answer is that she has a severe crush on me. That explains why she got sassy w/ you when you said you knew me and that I'd be visiting. She got sassy because she was mighty jealous.

p.s. - kellen IS coming to visit, not maybe coming to visit. my ticket to paris has been purchased!
