This is an excerpt from the farmer's almanac email (I signed up for them)that was sent to me. According to the 80-year-old farmer quoted at the bottom of the excerpt, my entire yard is ready for planting

Oh lord, what does it mean when you can't see the ground for the dead leaves??? This is yard that I will be getting. Does anyone need mulch??
