One of the good things about being who she was meant that she could live in her own world or in the modern world as she felt the desire. Back home, there was peace in Britain for the moment, and Richard and the others hoped that it would last for a bit longer this time. She had spent some time in the states visiting with Eve, but now she was back in the modern version of England with Tim.
Currently she was going over an assignment that she had from a correspondence course in Medieval History that she had enrolled in at the urging of Eve and Benicio. Correspondence courses were much easier for her to handle.
She came into the room where Tim was with her book, but paused to watch him.
Gwynn grinned at him and nodded. "Well, it's not so much that you're transparent as it is that I'm really good at reading body language and the smallest changes in facial expressions."
"Handy skill to have. I'm gonna guess that that helps in the whole 'defender of England' gig too right? Telling who the enemy is, or figuring out where an attack is going to come from and I've gotten off track from what caused my 'thinky face'."
If nothing else, saying it all out loud might help him get it straight in his own brain. "So...this is my last year in school. And, I've got some decisions to make, except that I don't think they're just my decisions anymore. I think maybe, they should be our decisions."
