You know, it would be interesting to have a multifandom community in which to host link posts to published fiction which is either fanfic with the serial numbers filed off, or "inspired by" stories.

What a great expression. Kind of summarizes both my disappointment and my glee at finding this series. I don't know that the authors explicitly acknowledge any Supernatural "inspiration", but the Dean!voice, a major plot point, and a few scenes were too obvious to miss.
