[Tonight the Mayfield Department store is abuzz with activity. Faceless, pudgy, drone guards pace the third floor, home of the jewelry department.
One of the ceiling panels begins to shake. Could this be the phantom thief, Twenty Faces? Is he going to drop down from the ceiling? It appears so! The ceiling panel falls and shatters. Instantly, a dozen pistols are pointed up and the man is ordered to halt. He does not listen though, and begins inching down on the rope tied around his midsection. He is a shadowy figure, dressed all in black, a balaclava concealing his face.
Grady gleefully barks the command to fire, anticipating a nice spot o' the old ultraviolence. The bullets tear through him. His body dances in the halogen light. Yet he continues to come, foot by foot.
If Grady were smarter (which is a bit like saying "if the ocean were dryer"), he would have ordered his men to cease firing at the obvious decoy.
As it was, they were completely caught off guard when there were several deafening bangs and the display cases began to fall through the floor.
Weeks ago, Chizuko had snuck into the department store at night and sawn through as much of the floorboards under the jewelry case as she dared. A few days ago, she'd planted Crowe's dynamite in those weakened spots.
Tonight she had set them off. It was a nightmare land of dust, shattered glass and smoke down there. The small figure darting in to snatch up most of the sparkling objects would be impossible to catch...]
[Action 2]
[If you're of an investigatory nature and decided to hang out around the department store, you might see an all black clad, small, masked figure fleeing with a knapsack of jewelry, the only sound the metal's clinking together. She has left no fingerprints, although if you're willing to spend hours shifting through the rubble you might be able to find a single brown hair]

[The next morning, you might find a piece of fancy jewelry on your doorstep with a card reading: "An omiyage from The Man With Twenty Faces]
[Phone: Filtered to Kallen and Crowe, voice disguised in the same way as last time]
