It's about a family who has a cancer-ridden teen and the boy is on a cancer treatment trial thing. Apparently one of the side effects was that you can hallucinate. Anyway, the teen starts seeing ghosts and weird things start happening and the family thinks he has lost his mind. They start to witness weird things and the teen's brother and aunt start to see ghosts too. The house used to be a funeral parlor and, I don't want to spoil anything because the movie is still new and there might be people who want to see it, but there's more. Also. one of the ghosts starts carving words into the teen's skin and he's covered from head to toe in it.

It's based on a true story and way too eff'd up for me to even have even imagine (before I heard the story) that all that stuff could happen irl.
