Hi Everybunny! Just wanted to thank everyone for there well-wishes on my day of days, yesterday. I had a very nice day that included a free oil change (thanks to a coupon from my dealership) and a pretty positive visit to my tax guy (love him) resulting in me getting a refund big enough to pay off my debt to one of my sisters (the other one is just ( Read more... )

Ah, the second season of Sherlock--don't you want to squoosh both John and Sherlock? I have them on my desk top but turns out I had the wrong sort of discs to copy them to, so I must buy some new discs soon!

A rec for you if you haven't seen/heard of this one and have access to something like Netflix--Jeckell. It's put out by Stephan Moffitt, too--a modern retelling of Dr. Jeckell/Mr. Hyde. six eps, WOW. I watched the first one with my mouth open. Mark Gatiss (Mycroft) has a small part as Robert Louis Stevenson, too. And the woman who plays Sophie in Leverage plays "Dr. Jackman's' wife. Check it out!

Oh, forgot--yay for the interview and job prospects!

IKR? I mean, I've been enamoured of Sherlock from the start, but in the 2nd season, JOHN!! Martin is so understatedly brilliant. The ANNNGST!!! JOOOHHHNNNNN.

When I get too sad to think about it I remember the scene of them sitting in Buckingham Palace - Sherlock in nothing but a sheet - and giggling together on the sofa. Love them.

Oh, yeah--I've told people who've never watched Sherlock about the scene right before that when S analysises the man who comes to get him--small white hairs at ankle height--I know where we're going.

And he still doesn't bother to put on his clothes!

CallummmmmmmmmMmmmmmmmmmmm.... :}~ Sadly but predictably, the show bores me so I just watch the Callum scenes and try to ignore the rest of it. Hopefully, one day he'll get on a show that is both interesting and popular enough to stay on more than one season.

WE MUST DISCUSS SHERLOCK, YESYES! If I can ever scrape my brain together enough, that is. Martin really knocked it out of the park this season, although EVERYONE was phenomenal in the last episode.

*smooches you silly*
