yay! I love that little scene. Heyes doesn't have the greatest voice (he wavers on the pitch a bit but longhorns aren't picky) and I love the way the family all listen so intently. Kid looks vastly proud and slightly amused--I can just see him singing along under the stars when they are alone.

I have had such a 'jonesing' for Kid and Heyes lately, and you have given me a wonderful tidbit to savor.
