I realized tonight that I am ridiculously out of shape. Not compared to most of the American population, but no where near where I was during lacrosse season. We had our first practice for the summer league, and my ears were ringing and I could hear my pulse in my throat after 20 minutes of running. I vow to run at least twice a week from now on.
