They do have goat cheese, and actually some of the feta is sheep's milk cheese (supergood!) The goat cheese is supremely pricier, though, so I've been holding off on that.
The piece that got into the Darwin show is "Our Lady of the Last Coral Reef," and it is one I made at Truman for my senior show. You can see it on my website: http://emilynickel.com.
My absolute newest one is in line for it's final firing, so when that one gets out I am planning on submitting it to the member's only show next month at the Columbia Art League. It is one that was inspired by this island Adam and I went to in Costa Rica, that was totally covered in big shell fragments. I took some back with me, cast duplicates of them, and made a big shelly hairdo on the bust :)
