i dont really know who to compare them to but you can always try these bands -- i love them and have amazing lyrics usually:
Brand New -- specifically "The Quiet Things No One Ever Knows" Boxcar Racer -- only one cd was released but I like it....songs such as "Letters to God" and "And I" Bayside -- amazing albums -- specifially songs: "Winter" (most recent; written after/for their drummer was killed in a car accident involving the band on their most recent tour), "Don't Call Me Peanut", and many others
if you like any of these, let me know and i can tell you more songs, bands, etc....
i dont know if this is or will be your taste, but i can always try
Classical: Albioni- Sinfonia in G Major (one of my favorites) Marcello- Oboe Concerto in C Minor Anything Vivaldi rules of course Telemann- Concerto for Viola and Strings
Metal: Aborted, Immolation, Suffocation (all):-D
Suggestion: Instead of buying a zillion cds, go to the library and check them out- that way you waste no $$ if you don't like them. I do it all the time- and if my library doesn't have it, I go online and request it. Odds are one of the libraries in the Clevenet system will have it.
Excellent. I concur that anything Vivaldi rules. =) And the idea with the library is what I do. Buying all those cds would be beyond ignorant and pointless, as you mentioned if I happen to not like them. I'll try to get as many of those as I can tomorrow and comment back on here and let you know what I think. I appreciate the input. Thank ya kindly ma'am. =D
